Settlement of between ‘Iliyah ‘Aliyah [Fatimah Khanum], daughter of Mirza Muhammad Vali Sadr al-‘Ulama’, with her son, Mirza Muhammad Sadiq, in which she transfers her share of water of a qanat in the Zarch village of Yazd; the letter has the seal of Fatimah.

Sale document of Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali (son of Darvish Ibrahim) and his wife, Mashhadi ‘Izzat (daughter of Mulla Husayn Kadkhuda), with Khanum: one is over a piece of land, located in Qasr-i Hamid, in exchange for three tumans; the other is over water usage of Khanqah in exchange for one hundred and ten tumans. Additional rights of both sales were settled for one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Division of a garden known as Aqa ‘Ali Akbar Khan Garden, and located in Varnusfadiran village, between wife of Aqa Mirza ‘Abbas ‘Ali Ibn Haj Muhammad Mahdi Sultan and three sons of the late Haji Aqa Kalb‘ali (Muhammad Sadiq Khan Nayib, Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, and Aqa ‘Abd al-Husayn). Share of Aqa Mirza ‘Abbas ‘Ali's wife is three-sixth of the property adjacent to Dahanu qanat in exchange for ten tumans; and share of Haji Aqa Kalb‘ali's sons is three-sixth of the garden on the other side of properties belonging to Haji Kazim's inheritors, in exchange for seven tumans. Marriage contract of Nur al-‘Ayn Khanum and Nasr Allah Khan Qajar, 1898
Marriage contract of Nur al-‘Ayn Khanum, daughter of Muhammad Mahdi Khan (son of Vakil al-Mulk), and Nasr Allah Khan Qajar, son of Muhammad Husayn Khan (son of Muhammad Ibrahim Khan Qajar from Kirman); mahr is one thousand one hundred and ten tumans. At the same time, Nasr Allah Khan settled with Nur al-‘Ayn Khanum over a share of water in a property in Chamak, Isfandaqah worth one thousand tumans, as part of her mahr.

Settlement between Marziyah Khanum and Maryam Khanum, 1896
Settlement between Mirza Muhammad Hasan, the bookkeeper at Kashan's telegraph house, with the power of attorney from Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Mahmud, and Riza Quli Khan Ghaffari from Kashan, resident of Kalah village, who has the power of attorney from his wife, Maryam, daughter of ‘Abd Allah Khan Ghaffari from Kashan. Some share of a qanat and an orchard near and in Kalah village have been exchanged with some shares of a bakery shop in Kashan. The detriment fees for both parties has been determined.

Complaint letter asking for justice
A group of elders complain to the addressee about how their nomadic tribe is prevented from accessing their winter pastures by Timur Khan's actions. Also, they mention the unacceptable marriage of Zawq ‘Ali’s wife (daughter of Shahnah (sheriff) Ghulam) and Muhammad (son of Shahnah (sheriff) Haydar), and ask the addressee for justice.

Settlement of Asiyah Khanum over her share of her daughter's inheritance, 1905
After the death of Narjis Khatun, daughter of Mir Muhsin Aqa Tajir (merchant) from Usku, her inheritors were her mother, Asiyah Khanum; her husband, Haji Sayyid Riza; and her three children, Aminah Khatun, Mir Abu al-Hasan, and Sayyid Husayn. Haji Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, with the power of attorney from his mother, Asiyah Khanum, settles her share of inheritance with Haji Sayyid Muhammad, who has the power of attorney from his brother, Haji Sayyid Riza, father and guardian of Narjis Khatun's three underage children, in exchange for three thousand seven hundred tumans.
